The exercise videos provided here were produced by the Canadian Chiropractic Guideline Initiative (CCGI) for the Canadian Chiropractic Association. The CCGI's mission is - "To develop evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and best practice recommendations, and facilitate their dissemination and implementation within the chiropractic profession".

These exercises are based on the recommendations from the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Neck Pain-Associated Disorders and Whiplash Associated Disorders(1), and the Clinical Practice Guideline for the Treatment of Low Back Pain(2).

The exercises are prescribed for patients with regard to their presenting complaints and the severity of their symptoms. Please consult with the chiropractor about the most appropriate exercises for you.
